Thank you for your lovely comment on my "My Daddy" blog. I do miss my Daddy, but am comforted knowing he is in a better place. He lived too short of a life, but left behind a legacy - including my 4 siblings, all of whom I call friends.

Sadly, school started on Aug 13th. Summer isn't even over. I miss the days of school starting after Labor Day and getting out before Memorial Day. Although, I do notice that modern kids are not as good at "figuring out" what to do as the kids I grew up with. I don't think I was in the house when it was daylight unless it was raining or mealtime, and sometimes out playing in the rain!

Actually "May you live in interesting times." was the quote I was thinking of when I posted my status. I am not yet ready to blog about it.
