Hey-- I have been doing pretty good over the past week. I allowed myself 1 cookie from Subway the other day because I had the extra calories to spend. Going to let myself a cheat every once in a while. I also allowed myself 1 diet coke today (only one a week). I had to give myself a few mental scoldings when thinking about grabbing something bad :) I have been pretty much been trying to eat every few hours and drinking TONS of water. The water is keeping me full!!! Now just have to make myself workout.
