Another New Start
My weight goes up and down. God I would love to find a way to cure this. It is not just when I am sad or when I am happy. I recently had a health scare, that makes me realize I need to take charge of my life. There are so many dreams (job promotion, travel, having grandkids someday) that I plan on sticking around for. Spark has helped me in the past, I just need to fully commit and stick to it. It is the only explanation I have. Every time I leave here I put the weight back on. So this ...
