Thank you! You're right I know. I just need to have faith that it WILL work if I don't give up. Seeing the scale move the other way is such a de-motivator though.

Feel free to join in the 10lbs/10wks challenge and just plan for about 1 lb a week when you do join!

I'm still on vacation until Monday or Tuesday, but I'm going to try to post a "recap" of everyone's week when I get more consistent internet access. I'll put your name on it too - just make sure to post a starting weight and the day you weighed in so we can all keep up and encourage each other!
