I Wanna Ride with no Guilt
I really started wanting to learn weight, to ride my horses, but they have moved on to other homes. Because I also have some issues with riding it turns out. But I still want to get to lose enough weight that I can start taking riding lessons. I am not sure I will ever be to the low weight they want for some one my height, because I am not extremely unhealthy, just have a weight issue.

I am not sure I will ever be to the low weight they want for some one my height, because I am not extremely unhealthy, just have a weight issue.
Another reason that I am trying to lose weight is that I do not want to have some of the health problems of another of my family members. They will be having a major surgery to remove a lymphedema within the year and I never want to make it to that point. Although I am unsure if it is completely related to their weight.

My Goals:
I eventually want to be able to take some horse back riding lessons. But my actual weight loss goal is to lose 50 pounds in the next year.
My Program:
I am trying to eat healthier, which means I am actually trying to eat more than one meal a day. And I am also trying to exercise more, another hard thing to do with my funny work schedule.
Personal Information:
I am originally from Michigan, spent five years living in Indiana, and then moved back to Michigan. My degree is from Michigan State University and I am trying to gain acceptance into veterinary school.
