I saw that you do the 30 day shred. Does it hurt your shoulders? I had to stop doing it because my shoulders hurt so bad. It took a couple months for them to go back to normal.

I know you can do it and you are quite inspirational. I have gotten off the wagon, fallen off the wagon, even fell under the wagon a few times and the best part is getting more and more strength just to get back on the wagon and move on. The past is the past and the only good thing about the past is our memories and what we have learned. So welcome back into the buckboard emoticon
