Hi there! I got your message! Yes, I'm still working hard on my diet. I lost some weight and am officially now "overweight" rather than "obese." I still have a long way to go though to get to goal. Keep going with your workouts! I have not been working out as much-- just walking. I 'm mostly concentrating on diet-- using the Primal Blueprint. Have you read the latest Gary Taubes book? Body for Life is a 12-week diet and exercise program that is supposed to give great results. Of course the big if is that for those who follow it closely you should lose about 25 lbs and be much more toned and stronger. Based on 5-6 meals a day of lean protein, unrefined or whole-grain carbs and veges. I sure need something to kick me back in gear and I have 10 weeks before I go on vacation. Looks and sounds like you are really getting it on....Zumba, 30 day shred and a 5k plan! I have been a slug lately and need to get off my butt, have been to the pain mgmt clinic and on new meds and will have an MRI in the next month on my back. I saw the SP 5k your way team, that looks more my speed as I fell off the wagon on the 5k program after doing my 5k. I had a blast on our Zumba meet-up! Thanks for giving me the courage to go in there! I have to work today. Tomorrow I have the gym appt. where I get measured.
