It is time for some life style changes or new medications. I would prefer no more meds.
I have been married since May 1989. I used to tell him I was marring him for his 4 pieces of gold which were his children from his previous marriage. We have 2 boys together. Our youngest, born in 1992 is now 18 yrs old. We will soon be an empty nest. We had all 6 kids living with us starting in 1996. Those were the best of times, crazy and busy but I loved every minute of it. I have 7 grandchildren now.
In 2000 I had a break down and was dx'd as having depression and some mild anxiety issues. In 2007 I was re-dx'd as bipolar-nos, major depression, anxiety. I am no longer working since 2008, although I do hope to again.

Fitness Minutes: 1,431

My Goals:
My goal is to not only lose weight but get back on a healthy routine and life style. Hoping to regulate my blood pressure and cholesterol by these changes.


My Program:
My program is going to be starting to eat 3 meals a day with healthy snacks. Not eating after 8p.m.. Getting at least 15-30 minutes of physical activity in daily.



Personal Information:
I am originally from Massachusetts. After I married I moved to New York where my husband is from and where his children are living. We are in the area know as the "Foothills of the Adirondacks", beautiful country but long cold winters.
