My Healthy Lifestyle

Most people are on here to lose weight. I like my weight but I understand that in order to maintain it I must work a little now that I am getting older and my body doesn't burn as many calories as it did in the past. I am 32 years old and 125 lbs.

My Program:
I go to the gym at least 3 days a week and do cardio/strength training. I wish I could work out longer but I have to get my daughter in bed by 8 every night.

Welcome to the Making the Cut team!

MTC is a great program for getting (or staying!) lean and mean!! You will find many people on the team who are at goal weight, and using MTC to stay in awesome shape!
