I'm excited to find this community for getting fit, healthy and balanced - it helps to be connected with others to get that motivation to exercise! I'm especially looking to connect with runners and cross-country skiiers. I've been running outside about 3 miles/week. I'd like to add in weight-training for strength, push the miles up so I can do a half marathon next fall, but what I really love and makes me happiest is doing something outside - especially cross-country and ...
