I can do this. I have done it before. I am losing weight, and I am eating better. I am obsessive about my running, I have a pretty strict schedule. My Goals:
I want to be healthy. If I am healthy at 125, then I'll stop there. If I still need some toning after losing that much, I will adjust my goal weight. If I don't get to 125, but I am in the best shape I could be in, I will be happy.


My Program:
running, walking with the dog, some yoga, and strength exercises
got a kinect and a ea sports 2 personal trainer, it is awesome!

between 1200 and 1550 calories of healthy and delicious food

Personal Information:
I am a Wisconsin girl both at heart and in location. I was born and raised in the same area that I attended college, and that I currently live, and it is just beautiful.

The other day, I too lacked the motivation so I 'hitched a ride to town'..( 4 miles) then had them 'kick me out the car so 'I HAD TO'..walk/run home...LOL. Just one suggestion for getting it done!
