My Goals:
I want to be healthy. If I am healthy at 125, then I'll stop there. If I still need some toning after losing that much, I will adjust my goal weight. If I don't get to 125, but I am in the best shape I could be in, I will be happy.


My Program:
running, walking with the dog, some yoga, and strength exercises
got a kinect and a ea sports 2 personal trainer, it is awesome!

between 1200 and 1550 calories of healthy and delicious food

I am a Wisconsin girl both at heart and in location. I was born and raised in the same area that I attended college, and that I currently live, and it is just beautiful.

Obviously I am a sick, sick puppy, but this is the funniest thing I've read in a long time. I had a huge out loud laugh at work...luckily I was working through lunch so no one cared.

How's it going? :)

Just read your blog about the binge of 3,000 calories. Guuuuurl, I hear ya. I still do this from time to time, and then shake my head wondering what possessed me to do such a thing.

Forgive me for barging in, and for saying somehting that's not been asked of me to say... But... Do you think that you are perhaps a bit too hard on yourself, weight-wise? I read some more entries where you weighed yourself and then almost seemed to *punish* yourself for gaining a couple of pounds.

It happens from time to time, and we will not always weigh one exact number. Some days I can vary 3 - 4 pounds. And that's just ONE DAY!

Anyway, I know you didn't ask me to provide my opinion, but I just wanted to encourage you to be gentle with yourslef and see what amazing progress you've made. You are fabulous. AS YOU ARE. Don't forget that. :)
