My goal is to lose about 10-15 lbs and to feel better. I have listed my first set of goals. 1. drink lots of water 2. eat 2 fruits or vegs each day 3. exercise atleast 10 mins each day 4.track what i eat each day
How I plan to complete my goals: 1. I will track each cup of water that I drink 2. add fruit to breakfast and lunch and vegs to dinner each day 3. I am going to take the stairs at work and do wii fit every night. 4. I have purchased a journal to track my food and i have also purchase a journal for my everyday notes.
I live in Maryland. My husband name is Steve and we have been married for 23 years. We have a son named Danny and daughter named Staci. We also have 3 dogs named Scruffy, Snickers and Sammy.
I like country music and love going to concerts. I like to read Fern Michaels books. I bought the The Sparks book. I have found it very helpful with setting my goals.
