My Name is Jen and I'm 21 soon 22 and I'm on a mission to lose weight get fit and healthy and look and feel great about doing so. I been pretty much over weight my whole life. I did lose weight once but i didn't do it the right way I stopped eating and stuff but ended up sick. I now have a FiancÚ but since i met him I've gained the weight back and more. I'm very unhappy with my self since I wanna be the bell at my wedding. I did join a gym but my gym buddy dropped out and I really don't enjoy going myself at all. But I want to find a new weight loss buddy cause I know I can do this I just needs to get back on the boat and reach for my goals. I'm new to this fitness/healthy lifestyle and trying my best to stay on track. It's hard to change, but I know I can do it if I have the courage and the will.
I believe we all have the same goals along with personal goals as do I. I'm 21 and still very young and for once in life I want to get back on track and be apart of the healthy world we strive to be. I want to lose weight I would personally like to be 130 pounds some day just because I'm so short and feels the need to be healthy for that reason so I won't have so much pressure on my spine. I wants to lose weight to look and feel great so I can get married and be happy once again and most of all so I can some day have a bundled of joy for my self my sweetheart and I want kids but I feel the need to lose weight first, and then once it happens teach them the right healthy way to live life for what its worth. I also want to learn healthy eating habits and adopt a more active lifestyle.

Well I don't really have a program so much yet since I only just got back on board yesterday. But I do plan on going back to the gym as much as I can, go for a nice walk everyday, rain or shine. Do my favorite thing and go swimming once or twice a week, pick up some new healthy habits such as drink more water, eat better. And the rest is yet to come, I will keep you posted. Oh and I sometimes go to these dance classes at my gym there so much fun, & I play around with my three dogs.
