Time for Change!

Ok so Im now 30 and after doing quite well last year I decided to stop smoking three months ago and my eating has spiralled outta conrol again. 2013 is gonna be my year to get really healthy. Cant wait to christmas next year when I'll be slim enough to buy some gorgeous party dresses!

I live in Co. Down, N. Ireland in a lovely seaside town called Bangor. I work as a checkout operator for Asda (Uk branch of walmart). I am also a mum to 3 beautiful kids aged 12yrs, 8yrs and 9 months. x

Other Information:
I have 2 dogs and 3 cats and love them all.
Buddy, Phoebe, Jessica, Jack and Jemima.

Thanks Rigein. Im good, havent been on this for a good while now but the good weather has got me exercising again so im back to watch my calories again. Failing miserably at staying in my target. I knew I was a big eater but its crazy when you see how much extra ya eat in a day. Gonna try again to get a grip of it. How are you doing? I hope alls going well for ya x
