I'm so DONE acting like a Before!

Hi, I'm Jillian! I joined SP two years ago and was successful in losing inches working out and lost 20 pounds. I got sick and lost it all. I'm back up to where I was before and never lost all the weight I wanted. I had a truth talk with myself and realize I will most likely need to track my food everyday for the rest of my life as annoying as it is. I just don't know how to do it without tracking it.

My Goals:
Fit in my women's size Polamalu jersey!

Wear a bikini again!

Eat so I feel healthy everyday.

Eliminate sugar headaches and cravings.

Write in my journal regularly.

Be proud of myself and all that I've accomplished.

Be healthy enough to get pregnant!

Perform in dance class the way I used to.

Wear cute, close fitting close for my workouts!

Learn to really sing and do it live with a band this year.

Fit in my favorite khakis.



My Program:
Interval training 3x a week w/TRX, weights, exercise ball, kettbells and bosu.

Dance class 3x a week

Run 3 times a week.

I tend to overlap interval training with interval training for a total of an hour or 45 mins depending on runs.

thank you so much for the friend add and the comment on my blog.

I could not agree more! I feel that if I don't do this, my days are numbered. With a resting heart rate of 99, it would be so easy to accidentally over-exert myself - that terrifies me!

How are you find the weight training going? That is what we are going to work on first. Getting cardio, has never been hard for me, but the strength training is overwhelming.
