    Thank you so much for the kind words on my blog today! It's been over three weeks since I wrote that entry, and I'm still on track and seeing results. Your intro asked for advice--my biggest is to take baby steps. After that, though, tracking food is the single most important tool for actually losing weight effectively. Good luck!
