I am a mother and a wife of a wonderful little family, and I am a high school science teacher. We recently moved back to the Seattle area being away for 14 years, and I realize I'm not on the shape any more to do all of the outdoor activities that I used to love. I am here to get become a healthier person so I can participate in my new life to its fullest.

I enjoyed your comment on "What to eat with Husband and kids". I had non-diet modifications occur in my life, and they can be good for some satisfying weight loss. Woulda believe not going out to lunch every day was about 20 lbs? Don't be afraid to start tracking your food periodically; you can rapidly see big differences in how well some meals stack up. You'll find a few things that just are not worth the calories. Happy Sparking!
