Thanks for your support on my blog. Weight Watchers costs money and I don't have free cash to throw at the program right now. Some might say that I have screwed up priorities but they aren't in my shoes. I'm saving for a road trip to Alberta. To really get a true break from my work, I have to leave this small town where everyone knows me. Or I end up running into folks that I work with, don't really get a break and return to work more burned out than I left. I also might have to do more repairs on the car. I kinda need to buy food and pay rent. Yeah life is what it is and my little .75% raise really didn't cut it. ;) 1188 days ago
Thanks on putting out good vibes on the tall, handsome man. I chuckle though everytime I say it because my late boyfriend always said "Cool it's going to be real hard to fill my size 13 shoes but I'll find you one, if I have to go up to the great beyond, I promise." So now it's over 10yrs and I told him beginning of this year that he's fallen down on his job. That he has to put down the drink, step away from the poker game and start doing his duty. What good is having a tall handsome navy man for a guardian angel if he ain't going to do his job.
Thank-you for your concern on my blog and it's definitely not shingles. It's pretty well gone today, just light lines. It's another immune system burp, I have many. It comes from living with multiple auto-immune diseases. Thanks again for sharing and your support. I appreciate it.
ps; to clarify, the person who confronted me is a resident (not coworker) which is the reason I truly hate to be confrontational, as they come with their own set of issues and yes, you are right, it is best to just let it go which I definitely did..and hopefully managers will talk with the residents and let them know that it's best to speak directly to them (managers) and not us :) 1203 days ago
