There's a point where you realize that you need to love yourself first as you are, in order to become who you want to be. People and things will try to push you from your goal or try to hold you back. I am determined I hope that I can laugh with you cry with and maybe even inspire you to keep going when you feel you can't anymore.

So my sister's wedding is next year on May 18 and my goal is not to look good for the wedding but to look good for me. I'd like to set my goal for a 120lb loss which would set me at about 206lbs. Not only is the wedding next year but my Beauty school graduation will be next year as well so for myself and my career I want to look good because you sell your self in the beauty industry and I want to go in with my best foot forward. So here begins my count down...

My Program:
First and foremost loving myself for me is the main part of my program

Currently counting my calories.Cut out alot of processed foods. Lots of fruits and veggies. I cook alot of home made meals so I know what's going into my body.

Drink Lots of water
30min of a Cardio DVD- Currently- 30DAY SHRED!(on break from the shred have to get a new dvd)

Walk 30min 5x a week

ST-after work for 30 min at least 3x a week
