Imagine how things could be ... then work to make it a reality

I've been on Spark for a while now ... however, in the past 1 - 1/2 years I have been gone. A back injury basically kept me from doing any real exercise ... but time to change that. I gained back about 10 of the 17 pounds I lost. Not to worry though, I just need to get back on track ... here we go woo woo.

Now that I got the touchy-feely stuffs out of the way....I'm Greg.

I live in that other place. "Other" place??? Well...I mean near Portland. Not Portland, ...

I have 2 pups. Rescue pups yeahhh.

I grew up in Hawaii.

I think zombies and ninjas are cool.

Other Information:
My wife and I have started to cycle a lot more ... and I love those fun ride events we occasionally do together.

We are planning a trip to Ireland in 2014.

I actually LIKE veggies :-)
