My Goals:
To get off diabetes medication. To get to 180 in order to get pregnant and have healthy pregnancy. Long term goal is to get to 150 and maintain it there.

My Program:
Cardio 6 days a week. Strength training 3 times a week. Watch calories. Stay between 1520-1770 calories. Use Sensa, and get daily water and rest.

SAHM. Live in Guanajuato, Mexico. 4 children. Married to a wonderful man. Crochet artist. I love to work with my hands. Christian who loves positive energy!

Been obese since 2007 when I had my son, Victor. Been trying to lose weight since then, but never had too much success. In 2013, the family and I moved to Mexico. I have been more motivated and have been having success with weight loss since the move. I want to have my last baby, but will not try to conceive until I reach 180 pounds so that I can have a healthy preganancy. My long term goal is to make it to , and to maintain weight at, 150 pounds.

Ghetta How is your weekend going?
It is an amazing 80 degree's here in Minnesota. I am stuck working thru tomorrow evening but that is okay as long as it stays nice out.
On my two weeks off I have so very much to get done. There is an Orchard to fence in and all those tree's and berry bushes to plant.
Make a new Squash garden and finish fencing that in. And there is my regular garden that needs to be started. I think that will fill up my time off. Oh and not to mention I had a tooth filling fall out and need to get that fixed. Grrr what rotten timing. It's not causing me any pain though so that is something to be grateful for.

Hi, GHETTA!

I think you're doing great. I know how it feels young people . lose weight quickly. I get frustrated now that I've gained weight back and it's taking SO MUCH LONGER to lose it this time around. I see the people posting about pounds they have lost and while I'm happy for them, sometimes it hurts for me.

Keep going strong because you've come so far. We'll both be working hard! emoticon

Wishing a Super weekend!
I'm working the night shift thru Monday morning.
I got a good water workout on Friday and then managed to walk/run 3.4 miles on the road today. I'm glad to finally have a "road" baseline time. Now to start improving on it.
Have a Good weekend and I hope you get a few chances to get out and have fun
