I am an overweight grandma who has recently discovered TOPS, (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) and with the support of the members of our TOPS chapter I am working toward a healthier and happier me! I also use Wii fit from time to time and attend Zumba classes which are soooo much fun! I'm actually/finally enjoying my weight loss journey.
