Gluten Free & Healthy
I am a 34 year old mother with Celiac Disease. I strive to live a healthy, gluten-free life through careful attention to my dietary needs, walking/jogging, S/T, and yoga. I am a homemaker and I spend my days with my daughter, attending to the needs of my family. I love to cook and am constantly experimenting with new ingredients and gluten free recipes!!
