I am a Mommy to boy/girl TWINS who just turned two! They are my everything and definitely keep me busy. I want SO badly to be a healthy mommy for them. I am a Mommy to boy/girl TWINS who just turned two! They are my everything and definitely keep me busy. I want SO badly to be a healthy mommy for them. I would love to be a healthy and active Granny to their kids someday. My husband and babies are the inspiration for everything I do, I can't imagine a life different than the one I have now. I am so blessed to wake up each day seeing and feeling a kind of love that I never knew was possible. I just recently finished my CMA program and moved to my husband's home town. I work as a medical assistant at a family practice part time, and spend the rest of my days doing what I love most, being a Mom and Wife.

I've been the fat girl all my life, and I'm just now starting to believe that I deserve something more. In a lot of ways I had given up and settled on the fact that I am just doomed to be overweight. What kind of attitude is that?! I have an awesome husband who treats me SO good and will support me on this journey.

I need to remind myself everytime I am tempted to use food to satisfy my frustrated desires, build up my injured ego, or dull my senses, I will remember:
That even though I overeat in private, my excess poundage is there for all the world to see.


I'm here to make myself the girl I've always wanted to be, because the girl I am now is DONE!

I want to be the girl to hold her head high and be proud of who she is. I want to feel like I can take on the world and accomplish anything.

My Goals:
Take it one step at a time and don't get too caught up in the numbers. If I start restricting myself too much and take on the "diet" mentality, then I binge. Ultimately I would like to see myself at a weight of 150 or lower. Going to take some hard work and dedication!

My goal is to get a good start! I am making progress to a healthy lifestyle, and this time I want something that will stick with me. Last year I lost 25+ pounds and have since gained it all back. This is a change I want to make for myself and my future!

My Program:
Tuesday- Abs N' Buns Class

Wednesday- Intermediate Step Class

Thursday- Cardio machines and strength training.

Friday- Zumba!

I usually incorporate some kind of strength training switching between upper and lower body each day I'm at the gym.

Aww no problem! I'm doing good. It's been crazy busy week. I've hit 20 weeks so I'm half way there. So excited to meet our little one. What do you have planned for this weekend? Anything special for Mother's Day?
