I am a Mommy to boy/girl TWINS who just turned two! They are my everything and definitely keep me busy. I want SO badly to be a healthy mommy for them. I would love to be a healthy and active Granny to their kids someday. My husband and babies are the inspiration for everything I do, I can't imagine a life different than the one I have now. I am so blessed to wake up each day seeing and feeling a kind of love that I never knew was possible. I just recently finished my CMA program and moved to my husband's home town. I work as a medical assistant at a family practice part time, and spend the rest of my days doing what I love most, being a Mom and Wife.
I've been the fat girl all my life, and I'm just now starting to believe that I deserve something more. In a lot of ways I had given up and settled on the fact that I am just doomed to be overweight. What kind of attitude is that?! I have an awesome husband who treats me SO good and will support me on this journey.
I need to remind myself everytime I am tempted to use food to satisfy my frustrated desires, build up my injured ego, or dull my senses, I will remember:
That even though I overeat in private, my excess poundage is there for all the world to see.
I'm here to make myself the girl I've always wanted to be, because the girl I am now is DONE!

Take it one step at a time and don't get too caught up in the numbers. If I start restricting myself too much and take on the "diet" mentality, then I binge. Ultimately I would like to see myself at a weight of 150 or lower. Going to take some hard work and dedication!
My goal is to get a good start! I am making progress to a healthy lifestyle, and this time I want something that will stick with me. Last year I lost 25+ pounds and have since gained it all back. This is a change I want to make for myself and my future!
Tuesday- Abs N' Buns Class
Wednesday- Intermediate Step Class
Thursday- Cardio machines and strength training.
I usually incorporate some kind of strength training switching between upper and lower body each day I'm at the gym.
