My Goals:
I will lose 28 pounds to reach a healthy and sustainable weight of 130 lbs. I will stop obsessing over food and choose healthy eating as a lifestyle. I will drink more water and get in at least 10 minutes of activity everyday.

My Program:
I am following SparkPeople's recommendations of 1,200-1,550 calories/day. I plan on adding new activities in my life. My first new activity is yoga.
