My Goals:
To be healthy and fit. 40 is approaching like a freight train doing 100. I need to get it together.

My Program:
I am currently using portion control. I am seeking to get out of the lazy girl mode. I am trying to motivate myself to love moving. I try to hit the gym on the weekends that is when I have the most free time.

Hey! How is it going? Hope all is well with you! Been out of commission for awhile, had H1N1, but I'm back! It is a fight to get back into the exercise and eating right, I haven't gained any weight yet, so before that happens, time to kick some butt, mine! :) hope you are enjoying the fall weather where you are!

glad to hear your feeling better !

6 miles, woohooo good for you,
we can not make up for not walking a week in one day
it will leave us to sore to walk again the next

so. .
as for me, LOL
i am walking along, working on my time out
different footing, I normaly would hike the hills and woods, which is hard on the ankle.
so while i would love to put all my time back into the woods, i am walking on the flats so i can build muscle ba ck up
plus doing PT in a pool

very excited to be WALKING emoticon
any walking LOL
