I used to have really solid reasons for why I put on this weight. However, I have decided to start disciplining the inner whiny brat who wants junk food and to sit down 90% of the day. Yes, I have health complications that certainly made my life nearly impossible for a few years. Big deal. Everyone gets their own version of excuses cleverly disguised as legitimate reasons. Truth is, I'm tired of being tired, fat, and feeling less than fabulous. It's my turn to ditch the pounds.
