    I understand being stuck. Several years ago I lost a lot of weight and got down to 200 too. It's a mental block to break through that wall. You have to take it one day at a time. You will get there. Track everything you eat and maybe pump up your workouts even by just 10 extra minutes here and there. I hope you can break through the 200 wall and get to One-derland :) Good Luck!
