My Goals:
Increase my endurance through cardio several times a week, increase my muscle tone through traditional strength training and Pilates inspired moves & increase my flexibility through a consistent stretching routine. Improve my healthy eating habits to be consistent. Get more sleep!!!
My Program:
Various forms of cardio including walking, hiking, biking, Zumba and jogging and anything else that sounds fun! Continue to eat mindfully and healthfully more often than not. Strive for 7 to 9 hours of sleep each night.
Personal Information:
I'm originally from Oak Creek, Wisconsin and moved to California in 1991. First to Southern CA and then shortly after to Northern where I've lived since. Married to a wonderful husband, mother to a wonderful son here on earth and one more in Heaven. LOVE my Green Bay Packers, Brewers and Badgers!
Other Information:
I love a good cup of coffee and dark chocolate!
