I pretty much just use this website to keep track of how many miles a week I'm running and to keep track of any trends in my workout habits.

I really dislike the concept of Spark Points. I feel like they encourage people to spend too much time on this website doing many pointless things like clicking on random articles in order to get points rather than exercising or focusing on things that matter.
