My story is probably similar to many others on this site. I've struggled with my weight all my adult life living on the weight dieting yoyo. Over the past couple of years, I let myself go and didn't pay too much attention to what I ate or how often I exercized. My story is probably similar to many others on this site. I've struggled with my weight all my adult life living on the weight dieting yoyo. Over the past couple of years, I let myself go and didn't pay too much attention to what I ate or how often I exercized. I knew I was gaining weight but was in denial, and haven't weighed myself in months. Until very recently I looked in a mirror and was horrified! Was that really me? How could I let myself get so out of shape and overweight! I decided at that moment that I would stop making excuses for myself, stop being in denial about my weight, and swore to take the necessary steps necessary to change my lifestyle and eating habits to lose the unwanted flab. I want to be able to look in a mirror and not be disgusted with who is looking back at me.
