I haven't been active on the boards for almost a year. But I'm still striving toward my goals. I received some health news last fall that sent me into a mode of just waiting, now I am no longer waiting, I am striving. I will be on here more often in the next few weeks. I'm ready to rejoin the greatest support group ever!!

My Goals:
~~I need to lose 175 pounds. But right now I'm focusing on hitting 299. ~~To make fresh, healthy meals everyday. ~~To take my medication to promote my health and hopefully avoid diabetes.
My Program:
~~Drink no less than 10 glasses of water a day. ~~Be more active. Daily exercise in some form. ~~Eat more protein than carbs, but I am not completely cutting out carbs. ~~Blog or journal EVERYDAY! I am finding that this is extremely important. 8/10~~328.4
Personal Information:
I am 32 years old and I am tired of being over-weight, tired of being out of breath, tired of not doing things because I think I can't and I am READY for change!!! I am a wife and SAHM to my three children and I homeschool. I need to be healthy for me and for my family!!
