I'm drinking lots of water, cutting out the crap (junk food, candy, etc.), getting back to a consistent walking program, and counting calories. I'm adding stretching to my program this time around. These old bones are feeling stiff!
Congrats on your Mommy of the Week status! I can totally relate to your "baby weight" -- my little one is 5 and just started Kindergarten! I too was successful taking off about 45 pounds and promptly got pregnant and let myself gain a whopping 70(!) I still have 24 of those pounds to lose, but I know I can do more. Hey, thanks for your comment on my vlog. I was really having BAD cravings. I think I pretty much survived it. I DID have the popcorn and m&ms though. But I was only 100 calories over for the day and I exercised so it all worked out... YAY... the cravings are gone today.. let's just hope it stays that way!
