Hi all!!

I would like to lose weight the healthy way and exercise more so that I can live a long healthly life!

Like a lot of the family on the SP website, I have been chasing this merry-go-round of weight loss for quite some time. It started by me comparing myself to other people in my teen's. I was never happy with my size and always thought to myself that if I could just get down to size X or weigh X amount of pounds, my life would be perfect.

Like a lot of the family on the SP website, I have been chasing this merry-go-round of weight loss for quite some time. It started by me comparing myself to other people in my teen's. I was never happy with my size and always thought to myself that if I could just get down to size X or weigh X amount of pounds, my life would be perfect.

Recently, I have been doing some real soul searching and learning of myself to find out what makes me tick. Who am I? Why do I do the things that I do. I came to the heartbreaking conclusion that I gave up on myself. Just resigned to "it is what it is" and "its whatever". Now I know so much better, there are things that I have accomplished that I am really proud of, like finishing my Master's and buying my first home, but I am more confident in myself, I BELIEVE in myself. I know my worth and understand that I have so much more to do, see, and become and this is just one step within many towards the journey of myself.
