For Real This Time, I PROMISE!
I would do anything in the world for my daughter Hannah.. but the one thing I am NOT doing, is living healthy. She is getting older now, and I need to be able to take her outside and run around and play with her, and I can't! Not only that, my Husband and I want to get pregnant in June 2011 for baby #2, and in order to do that.. I want to be healthy! I want to be comfortable in my own skin, like the reflection I see in the mirror, feel good about myself as a woman.. and as a ...
I would do anything in the world for my daughter Hannah.. but the one thing I am NOT doing, is living healthy. She is getting older now, and I need to be able to take her outside and run around and play with her, and I can't! Not only that, my Husband and I want to get pregnant in June 2011 for baby #2, and in order to do that.. I want to be healthy! I want to be comfortable in my own skin, like the reflection I see in the mirror, feel good about myself as a woman.. and as a Mother. I believe I was placed on this Earth to be the Mother to my child(ren) and I am not giving them my all. The hardest part I struggle with in the Motivation Department is that I've never been a skinny girl. Most people say "I wanna be the size I was in High School" or "I wanna look like I did before I had kids" but for me it's hard to have that image in mind for motivation because I don't know what that image looks like. The hardest thing I struggle with while trying to lose weight and become healthy, is not knowing what to eat. I find a few good things, but then I eat them all the time, and get tired of the same ol' food. Any ideas are more than welcome :)) Most imprtantly, I don't want Hannah or any other children I have to follow in my heavy footsteps. So far, so good.. Hannah is very healthy and actually a tiny little squirt! I love her so much and would never want her to live this way. So this time, I am NOT taking NO for an answer! Wish me Luck ;)
