Do it for yourself! Feeling Good -
Welcome to my page. Here's how I'm going to get there. Keep going towards the goal. This is what makes a good day for me. Read God's word everyday and then get 30 minutes of exercise. Doing those two things in the morning makes me have a better day. Today I started a streak to continue on this weight loss journey. 4/15/10 One pound has to be gone by 4/22/10. Eat more fresh foods and get my exercise in everyday.

M, W & F's Walking or Biking Move it! T, Th & S's Lift some weights. 30-45 Minutes a Day except Sunday's. Park far from the store and walk.
Personal Information:
There was a time in my life when I was truly very fit. I miss that part of me. I have gain 20 extra pounds. I long for the days of 130 when I thought I was fat. Oh, Please.
Other Information:
I live in Wisconsin and we grow a lot of cheese in these parts. LOL Does anyone like Cheese out there? Weaknesses: Robust Cheese, Good Bread, Dark Chocolate and Good Wine. I love all of the above and truly appreciate when I have them. I don't waste my calories on sub standard quality anymore because that is so unsatisfing. If I'm going to have any of it, it's going to be good and I'm going to enjoy every last morsel.
