Eat healthy, exercise more, avoid negative people and confrontations, and spread The Spark. Run a half marathon in 2012 Philly Marathon November 2012. Keep running with our dog Zac and keep walking with wifey.

Run Forest Run!!! Going to the gym and outdoor activities. Making better choices. Limited sweets and fried foods.

I hope you will join in our challenges I have a 5 minute Daily Exercise also staring this weekend a 15 / 30 minute resistance bands challenge.
