My Goals:
Get healthy!

Lose weight!

Gain confidence!



My Program:
I plan on blogging 3X or more each week on SP.

I will take updated progress photos every 3 weeks.

I will go on SP at least once a day!

I will stay positive and each week add one new small goal for myself. I'm going into this slowly.

Other Information:


Drink 6-8 glasses of water each day.

Exercise 3-4 times this week.

Only drink Diet Coke 2-3 or less days this week. I drink Diet Coke everyday now, so this is a big goal!

Continue to do a few SP workout videos!

Welcome to the Forever Young SparkTeam! We have a couple of challenges going on right now...

We have our weekly challenge. We focus on different things throughout the site and weight loss. This week our challenge is on being active in the team and community.

We also have a 2013 BMI Challenge going on. The object is to go down a BMI size this year. From obese to overweight or overweight to healthy, etc. If you are already at a healthy BMI, you can focus on lowering it until you reach your goal BMI.

We are also trying to lose 2013 pounds as a SparkTeam. All you have to do is post the pounds you lose!

Feel free to join into any of the challenges. If you need any help or have any questions, let me know.

Welcome to Sparkpeople! I saw your page on Teacher's Learning to Lose! Good luck with your goals. I had a great video on SMART goal setting to help with weight loss! Think about making smaller goals to help you reach your big one!!!!
