Hello,

I am a 32 year old dietetic student. I went back to school a few years ago after losing 10 pounds on Weight Watchers, which sparked my interest in nutrition. Since going back to school, I have found that I have limited time for exercise and healthy eating. Unfortunately, I have gained those 10 pounds back. I am very anxious to finish my degree and start working in the nutrition field. Working full time and going to school has been challenging. It was too easy to put on those unwanted extra pounds. Before I start my 450 rotation hours (added to my current schedule), I wanted to get accustomed to a weight loss program that becomes part of my daily routine, so I am not adding an additional excuse to gain. I am very excited to get started.

I have been married for 5 years and my husband also has the 10 unwanted extra pounds. He is very motivated as he gets up early each morning and does his 40 minute stint on the treadmill before work. When I get home for work and class at around 6:30-7:00 he is usually back on there again. (This secretly makes me nuts because I wish I had his motivation) He is the cook of the household so there is generally something really yummy waiting for me when I get home, but we normally don't end up eating until about 8:00...not good!!!

Tracking exercise
Rewarding myself (but I have to figure out how, somehow I don't think my husband would like a shopping spree reward each time)

I have been married for 5 years with no children. My hubby and I have a great group of friends with whom we get together and socialize pretty much Thursday through Sunday. That combined with my love for wine is a recipe for disaster when it comes to dieting if I don't watch. I also love, love, love Dave Matthews Band and look forward to each year when he comes to my area and performs.

    No second shot for CE. It's the same moves in Phases 2 and 3 only heavier weights. It's not enough of a challenge for my body. I've at this for over a year and a half and I need something that will allow me to quickly build muscle; which I am able to do, but not with these types of circuits. I've read a few of Chalene's blogs and the main point of the program is fat loss. People are able to build muscle with her but the gains she advertised are for people new to strength training or who have taken very long breaks from it. While fat loss is what I need, I need the extra muscle mass just as much if not more, which is what Cathe and other heavy isolation programs can give me. It's nothing personal against CE, it's just not for my particular goals.
