My Goals:
I will lose the 50+ pounds that have been affecting my life for too long.

I will get my body back into the healthy place it once was.

I will take time for myself everyday because I am worth it and I need to learn to value myself.

My Program:
After meeting with a dietician, I have reduced my caloric intake and I now know exactly how many carbs, proteins, and fats I should consume each day.

I walk two miles on the treadmill six times a week and do toning exercises three days a week.

I am now increasing my activity level when I'm outside since the temperature is warmer and the sun has been out.

Personal Information:
I'm a married mother
of two and full-time teacher who lives outside the Philadelphia area.

Other Information:
I am an avid reader and I often read my Nook while walking on the treadmill.
