Postpartum Challenge - Eat Less, Exercise More

I've been on spark people since January 2008. With almost two years of hard work I lost over forty pounds. I got pregnant right after and tried to watch my weight during pregnancy. I did a pretty good job - only gaining thirty pounds (although my goal was 20). After delivery I lost eighteen, leaving only 12 additional pounds to lose. So here I am, with twenty pregnancy pounds to lose as well as the fourty I need to lose to be health. But now I have a new reason to lose weight in addition to my own health and well-being, I want to be around for all the big events of my little ones life!
So here we go again. I am ready to do this with the help of Sparkpeople!!!

My Goals:
BABY STEPS!
1. Fifteen pounds lost by Christmas 2010
2. Fifteen pounds lost by my birthday (3/2011)
3. Fifty pounds total lost by my little one's first birthday (9/2011)

My Program:
-Eat 2000 calories a day (I am breastfeeding) with an exchange system (i.e. count servings of proteins, carbs and fats per day)
-Two fruits and three veggies a day (this is hard for me)
-Work out four times a week 25 to 30 minutes ( I don't have much more time than that)
-Cardio strength training twice a week
-Yoga once a week
-Weekly weigh in and weekly blog writing on SPARKPEOPLE

Personal Information:
I've recently decided to add fun rewards to my program for extra motivation.

220 lbs - New winter boots
210 lbs - Hair highlights
200 lbs - $200 new clothes
180 lbs - $400 new clothes
