Get Fit Granny!!

I am a grandmother of 2 preschool boys, whom I have taken care of for at least one day a week since they were born. I want to be able to keep up with them (and maybe others, too) as they grow up. I have tried many weight loss plans with some success, but never seem to keep off the weight. I'm hoping if I connect with others this time I'll be able to lose the weight and KEEP it off.

I used to be active when I was young. Took up golf several years ago (much to my husband's delight), but am struggling to improve. I live in a suburb of Portland, OR. Spent 7 years in the AirForce and have traveled quite a bit.

Other Information:
Like sports, cooking, beach trips, camping and fishing.

I started Sparking in June of 2007. By using Spark and some self discovery along the way, I'm down 50 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight. Spark is a massive site, you'll be discovering new and exciting things for months to come!
