Focus on the Future

I am seeking to break unhealthy habits and create new ones to base the rest of my life on. My goal is to lose about 25 pounds in the process of improving my diet and increasing my exercise. I desire to enjoy God's creation of the outdoors while praising Him through staying healthy. I want to do this for me and for my husband!

My Goals:
1. Sleep 8 hours regularly! I believe this jumpstarts everything :)
2. Eat within my calorie range 5/7 days a week. That seems like a reasonable place to work from.
3. Exercise in some fashion every day, even if just for 20 minutes. Make it more intense some days, but others can simply be a gentle walk.

My Program:
1. GET SUPPORT! Seriously, this helps everything.
2. Plan a time to exercise the day prior to doing so. Then it is like an appointment and will be kept.
3. Watch portion size. Pay attention to what my body needs and not consume more than that.
