I joined SparkPeople in February, 2008. did everything to a "T" for about three weeks, then fell completely off the wagon. Today, March 31, I'm making a fresh start, because I know this is where I need to be to keep my motivation high. I'm tired of feeling tired, and I want to feel good and be in good health.
