If you constantly find yourself running out of time to exercise or skipping it, you aren't planning your time wisely. Take out your calendar for the week and find some time to get in 30 minutes exercise.

January goals:
1. drink 10 cups of water a day
2. Block out 60 minutes daily, divided for cardio/strength/yoga
3. Track my food/fitness daily
4. Lose 9 pounds in January
5. Start piano lessons

I live in Oklahoma City, I have 3 granchildren who have lots of energy. My 2 grown children and their families
live very close to me.

I love to read; mysteries and suspence, and historical romance.
I love being around creative people, and learning new things. My favorite movie is Gone with the Wind. Recently I watched chocolat again. I like to put a book on my mp3 player and lose myself in it.

WOOHOO! How nice to see a familiar yet awesome new happy face on my blog today!! I was out of reach for the weekend and was pleasantly surprised to see an SPmail from DV, a blog comment from you and Miriam posting on your page!!

VOW is not the same these days. Most memebers are not there because the current leaders have been ill, and we would love to have new blood but being a leader is ont high up on anyone's list these days!

Are you out camping these days?
