Block out 60 minutes daily, divided for cardio/strength/yoga 3. Track my food/fitness daily 4. Lose 9 pounds in January 5. Start piano lessons 11/29/08 My Christmas Gift to ME! Getting up at 5:30 a.m. Exercise Goals: ***60 minutes 6 days a week, alternating cardio and strength. I live in Oklahoma City, I have 3 granchildren who have lots of energy. My 2 grown children and their families live very close to me.

I love to read; mysteries and suspence, and historical romance. I love being around creative people, and learning new things. My favorite movie is Gone with the Wind. Recently I watched chocolat again. I like to put a book on my mp3 player and lose myself in it.
