If you constantly find yourself running out of time to exercise or skipping it, you aren't planning your time wisely. Take out your calendar for the week and find some time to get in 30 minutes exercise.

January goals:
1. drink 10 cups of water a day
2. Block out 60 minutes daily, divided for cardio/strength/yoga
3. Track my food/fitness daily
4. Lose 9 pounds in January
5. Start piano lessons

I live in Oklahoma City, I have 3 granchildren who have lots of energy. My 2 grown children and their families
live very close to me.

Other Information:
I love to read; mysteries and suspence, and historical romance.
I love being around creative people, and learning new things. My favorite movie is Gone with the Wind. Recently I watched chocolat again. I like to put a book on my mp3 player and lose myself in it.

Hi Pat! Thanks for your wonderful comment on my SP page. That is my now 7 year old daughter and our Border Collie, Sunny. She hugs people and smiles (the dog!!) Anytime my one of the kids, but especially the one pictured (Jenna) is upset she will go hug them! It is so sweet. I hope you have a beautiful day. Hugs, Cathy

Hi friend to you too! I'm working from home today because my husband had cataract surgery yesterday and needed to go to post op appt today. I would rather be working in my air conditioned office! I have been losing average of 1.6 pounds weekly with WW. Can't wait to see what some exercise will do to this average! I have missed you all and will check in more often.
