My Goals:
My weight goal is to go from 272to 170.

My Program:
recumbent bike, strength training, and yoga.

Personal Information:
Some of my challenges: I have PCOS and I have sensitivities to wheat and corn. I have been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue as well. (Not that these are any excuse for my weight, just some obsticles that I can overcome :) )

Did you quit? I hope not. I do hope you are signing in every single day and working to that goal that I know you so really want. Being 255# isn't fun.

Go to www.youtube.com and put in ROGER GOULD.

He wrote "SHRINK YOURSELF" and is a medical doctor, professor of psychology at UCLA Medical School. The book is about EMOTIONAL EATING. The YouTube interview is him talking about the book and how he helped 20,000 patients stop Emotional Eating, so they could successfully lose weight and NOT gain it back again.
Please DON'T QUIT. I'm here for support.
