I'm 62 years old. Staying consistent with exercise is important to me for several reasons. I have a family history of osteoporosis and arthritis and have started seeing signs of both in my body. Exercise is a key part of managing these things. And I like the energy I have when I'm fit. I lost 25 pounds 5 years ago and have regained about 10 of those pounds. I'd like to take that off. After a stressful summer and fall and a very snowy winter, I've gotten out of the habit of exercise.
