Hi! I've been heavy for about 14 yrs (after the birth of my 3rd son) and I finally decided I want to be healthier than that. I refuse to 'diet' and always have, but I don't mind eating healthy. I have never liked exercise, but I'm doing it regularly & starting to find it easier :) This website has made doing both easier.

I guess it's time for an update! I did get down to my initial goal of 142 and then to 132. I'm very happy here, but I'd like to tone & stay fit & if I get down to 127...great! If not, I've come a long way and I'm still living healthy. What more could I want?

New update. I have regained most of the weight I lost. I lost it before & I will lose it again. This time I will stay there :)

goals:
lose 10 % body weight ~ done 2/07
lose 20 lbs ~ done 5/07
lose 25 lbs ~ done 7/07
lose 30 lbs ~ done 2/08
lose 35 lbs ~ done 3/08
oops! gained 8 lbs 11/08 & 12/08
lose 30 lbs ~ done 1/09
whoa! gained 25 lbs in 2009!

My Goals:
I want to have a healthier more active life. I feel good about myself & I'd like my image to reflect that. I'd like to get down to 127, but I'm starting with 142 and see how it goes.

My Program:
I'm tracking what I eat, watching my nutrient intake and adding more exercise to my life.
